where can I buy a legal 08

I need to buy a copy of iLife 08, though all I actually want is iPhoto, to bring my old Powerbook G4 IGHz Titanium nearer to my MacPro; apparently I can't install 09 on a G4 running Tiger (10.4.11) and I don't want to put Leopard on the Powerbook (read lots of reports that say best stick with Tiger on that).

Does anyone know where I can get a legal, not knocked off copy in the UK please?
