How to apply fast forward and reverse effects in iMovie '09

Just wondering if anyone knows how to make video go in slow motion or speed up a clip on the new imovie. I can't figure it out... Help.

15 inch Macbook Pro 2.53 ghz and 24 inch iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.7), 32GB iPod Video and 8GB iPod Touch

This is a new feature in iMovie 09. [See this Video Tutorial|http://movies.apple.com/media/us/mac/ilife/imovie/2009/tutorials/apple -ilife-imovie-speed up_slow_down_or_reverse_video-us-20090106r640-10cie.mov?width=640&height=400]

In iMovie 08, you would have to use an external tool like JES Deinterlacer. It worked but you have to know what you are doing. iMovie 09 makes it simple.
