How to apply fast forward and reverse effects in iMovie '09

Just wondering if anyone knows how to make video go in slow motion or speed up a clip on the new imovie. I can't figure it out... Help.

15 inch Macbook Pro 2.53 ghz and 24 inch iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.7), 32GB iPod Video and 8GB iPod Touch

Drag the clip from your event to the Project Window. In the Project, click on the Inspector button in the clip to open the inspector. Go to the CLIP tab in the inspector. There you can set the speed effect.

In iMovie 08, you would have to use an external tool like JES Deinterlacer. It worked but you have to know what you are doing. iMovie 09 makes it simple.
