MS Outlook Contacts Have Jumbled Note Fields with vCard

Hi,

I have sent myself a few contacts from MS Outlook using the vCard format and imported into Mac Address Book. However, the Notes field comes in with a ton of HTML or XML looking information, and its difficult to decipher and see my text. How do I clean that up?

iMac, MacBook, iPhone 3GS, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
