Reset Admin Password on Boot Camp Machine?

Hi,

Nobody knows the password to the only XP admin account on our bootcamped mac. How can I reset or recover the password of this account or somehow create a new account with admin permissions?
The only other accounts on this machine are domain accounts that are considered standard users.

Our network admin was able to reset the pw through the domain management - don't know why I didn't think of it before!
