Car Dock for the iPhone?

I am looking for a car dock for the iphone that has the following features:

1. Line out to connect to the aux input of the stereo - I want this on the dock so I can dock/undock with one hand i.e. I don't have to manually plug/unplug a cable in the headphone jack while driving.
2. FM transmitter - for rental cars while traveling, many do not have stereos with aux in.
3. Must be able to tilt the iphone horizontal for GPS & other things
4. Must be able to hold the iphone securely in 2 ways a) it must grip the iphone at least on both sides, the ones that only attach at the bottom allow the phone to shift & sometimes disconnect during cornering, and b) if it has a flexible steel neck, it has to be stiff enough not to move during cornering.
5. Must not give the warning "This accessory was not made to work with your iphone..." every time you plug it in.

Products I have tried:

DLO Transdock: The Transdock only attaches to the iphone at the bottom & it shifts during cornering causing it to loose connection. The flexible steel neck isn't sturdy enough & moves during cornering, and the tilt mechanism is too easy to move & won't hold position.

Belkin TuneBase FM with Clearscan: I picked this up while on travel last week, and it seems to satisfy all the criteria except for the fact that it is not officially iphone compatible, and gives the non-compatibility warning every time you plug it in.

Belkin is coming out with two new TuneBase Hands-Free models called the "Direct" and the "FM". The Direct works by a line out and the FM works by FM transmitter. Problem is, I need both a line out for my car & an FM transmitter for rental cars without an aux in. EDIT: I've been told that the FM model may have a line out which would be the ultimate solution, once I get my hands on one I'll report back.

The TomTom option that is coming out soon seems to be only for GPS & doesn't have an FM transmitter, I'm not even sure it has a line out.

The Griffin Roadtrip only attaches at the base, and Griffin's website doesn't mention anything about a line out. EDIT: The website does mention a cradle (but doesn't show it), I'm assuming that would secure the phone well enough, if this has a line out it would also work - I need to get my hands on one of these as well.

Are there any other car docks out there that have these features?

Just bought the Belkin Tunebase Direct. The package reads well but the hands-free phone operation has its problems. Callers at the other end report a lot of static and echo (my guess is that the are unable to compensate for the wide variety delays in car audio systems).

Also I found I needed to restart my iPhone 3GS to get the hands-free phone operation to work over the car stereo.

I will persist with it as it is the closest there is to an in-car solution.
Note that you have the destroy the packaging in order to extract the device so refunds may be a problem.

I have tried the FM "solutions" but have never been satisfied with the audio quality. It is also a nuisance on country trips when radio stations interfere with the reception. However the Tunebase FM does also have an AUX port for direct connect. This works great for music but is no use for hands-free phone operation (which is why I bought the Tunebase Direct)

The Griffin Roadtrip (with FM) works great. However, not all Roadtrip units have the latest firmware (talked to Griffin about this and they agreed). The first unit I tried (from Best Buy) didn't work right - the buttons controlling the music wouldn't work, and got the annoying messages that it wasn't a compatible device. Otherwise, I liked the way it works - it held the iPhone very securely, and comes with multiple docking collars for the base connection. May not hold it completely horizontally, but will get to try it out in my next rental car with appropriate plug arrangement. The lineout feature works great, and connects at the base of the Roadtrip connection. When it plugs in to the iPhone, it cuts off all iPhone speaker output, which allows you to use the aux output, the earphone output, or the FM output. This gives multiple choices, but lacks the ability to use the iPhone speaker (to listen to turn by turn naviation voice separately, for example. Griffin said they may not be able to do this, but would look into it. Overall, the roadtrip is the best I have found for holding the iPhone in a useable position, while utilizing a multiple of output choices.
