m-audio keyrig 25

Hi. I just got this new keyboard and I can't figure out how to assign buttons and knobs. The manual says right click on a function .... I wish. I'm not a very technical person, I'm pretty hands on, learn by my mistakes. I'm not very good with manuals or help pages.

Can anyone help in simple layman language. It would be much appreciated.
