How to record Mainstage?

How to record Mainstage?

I Want to record what I'm playing on Mainstage but can't figure it out and the manual won't give me any clear answers about how to do it. I have Logic Pro 8, Soundtrack Pro 2, and Mainstage. I think I need to record what I'm playing with one of those other programs.
I'm new at this so PLEASE help.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

MainStage 1 doesn't have a recording feature. Search this forum, some people did the recording with some 3rd party software.

MainStage 2 has recording build it.

There's a program you can find on the internet called "Sound Flower," it will let you route audio coming out of one application into another app. This way you can route the output of MainStage into Logic, Soundtrack Pro, Quicktime, or whatever app you want to use to record audio.

Soundflower is awesome!

The recording feature of Mainstage 2 is a nice try, but... It crashes the system, due to the new version being a gigantic memory/CPU hog (using around 89%-99% resources just sitting idle).

The recording is working pretty well for me. Much needed.
Soundflower adds too much latency for me.
