"Failed to load extension com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPCI"

Hi Everyone,

My macbook is not starting up. It goes pass the apple logo. Then shows a circle like a stop sign and the circular spiral below it.

I've tried restarting from 'MacOS X Install disc1' and tested(Hardware plus extended testing). Test Result = no trouble found.

Then tried starting up and holding Shift-Command-V.

I got below message.
Extension "com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform" has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi comments' use only one style.

12AppleACPIPCI is not compatible with its suplerclass, 11IOPCIBridge superclass changed?

Failed to load extension com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPCI.(in yellow)
Couldn't alloc class "AppleACPIPCI"....
..............
initialising complete
and 100 lines of "still waiting for root device"

I've been searching the forum, apologies if there is the same problem already posted but I cound't find it. If anyone knows, can you please send me the link.

Thanks.
