Mail: Attachment Icons. ?

I had to do an A&I and since then I am no longer able to attach a photo that shows up as an icon within the mail.
Now the attachments show the whole photo/s within the mail.
I have checked the help section and have been unable to find that particular issue. Maybe I am using incorrect terms?!

Thanks for any help

Yah, I did figure that one out ๐Ÿ˜€
The icon I used to have looked like a blue Rubics cube with only 4 squares on each side. I just think it is strange that they have disappeared.

Not a biggie, but I tend to be OC when I can't figure out something, ๐Ÿ˜€ How could one work with computers otherwise ๐Ÿ˜‰

Could it have been some third party app, like the one BD linked, that the A&I didn't copy over? Could it still be extracted from "Previous"? However, if you selected "Preserve user"

Note: Because the "Preserve user and network settings" option moves, not copies, existing users, Home directories, and network settings, from the Previous Systems folder to the newly installed System, these items will not exist in the Previous Systems folder after the Archive and Install is complete.

OK, they retain the .pkg extension, but are only "stubs" of the originals!?

Sadly, and I suspect I may have had something to do with it due to ranting & suggestions... higher OSes eliminate those in favor of even stupider ideas!? ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

You have to Download all new PKGs or DMGs to install! ๐Ÿ™‚

PS. You never did introduce yourself or even post yet AFIK! ๐Ÿ˜‰

where would you like me to do an intro?? Oh you mean BBs? ok will do :)Make sure you don't read it until you're ready to go to sleep ๐Ÿ˜€
Where in the old "stub" .pkg do I find the exact name to download. This part is new to me ๐Ÿ˜‰

I looked at the download site and did not find the packages I was looking for.

The stub is the same name as the real one, or likely .dmg on the end rather than .pkg, and possibly not a version on it

additionalFonts.pkg you have to get off your install disc.
