Importing Video files from Sony HDR-CX100 issue

I am trying to import files from my sony avshd. I am going into log and transfer. I see my movies. Add clip to queue. and then I get "error no data" I can preview the clips just fine but they dont want to move over to my computer.

Mac book pro, Mac OS X (10.5.7), final cut 4

Forum search is your friend. There are a number of issues that can cause this, wrong settings, audio not set to plain stereo, incorrectly formatted hard drive, mixed media on the chip, media ont he chip that can't be imported like SD material.
