How to add Fairfax, Virginia to iPhone Clock?!

I searched for it but it didn't throw any results. I searched for Virginia alone too. I have someone living there and I need their Time Zone clock on my device to schedule our communications. Any help?

Select another city that is in the same time zone - Virginia is in the eastern time zone, which may be in another state, and apparently this will be required since there are no cities available in Virginia.

You can use any city in that time zone - New York, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Washington D.C., etc.
