error code 13

Dear All,
I am using Media Manager to Recompress all my media files to DV PAL format and create another project to let my another editor to work on our film together.
Yet, so far, I have received three to four times same error message, saying that a media file (with the name clearly mentioned) failed to be recompressed because of error code 13. What is error code 13?
Please help.

I'm experiencing the very same problem here. I'm going to grade a project which is done editing on one computer, and gotta move it to another.

During export via Media Manager, I get messages that the file "x" could not be copied. Bizarre file names for some reason, and not the one it really should be.

Error code 13 is the problem for at least 130+ clips so far.....

I didn't solve the problem either. What I did is to open another project and then copy the files back to the old project. Disappointed......
In Avid, whenever I use transcode function, it never failed me. The reason I changed to FCP is because of secondary color grading function with this very low price. I hope it won't fail me when I need to use it.

Now, I even get more different types of error codes now, like 135, 1 and 2. My god, what happens?
