Embedding Flash (SWF) in iweb08

hi, im hoping someone can help me embed an swf file onto my iweb 08 site using an HTML snippet. I have 2 online servers to place my website and/or my flash player: MobileMe and a public WWW folder on my university's storage space.
here is the flash video im trying to embed:
via mobileme: http://idisk.mac.com/tjdivito/Public/flash/banner.swf
via PSU storage: http://www.personal.psu.edu/tjd5056/flash/banner.swf OR http://www.personal.psu.edu/tjd5056/flash

My website I am trying to embed flash into is www.web.me.com/tjdivito
how can I embed that movie into my mobile me website via iweb08? I have tried many codes that video tutorials and online message boards have suggested, and nothing seems to work. please help!
-Tommy

PS- below are the codes I have copy/pasted into the HTML snippet area in iweb that do NOT work when I post it in iweb, nor when i publish it. I replaced the "FILEURLHERE" with where I posted the swf file on both my idisk and my online server.

Hi guys and girls...
I'm having a similar problem. Searched around ALOT and seems like I've tried everything. Maybe some can suggest something else?
I have my files on idisk in SITES, same place as index.html. Took me ages just to get that right. BTW is it?
I am trying to use a flashplayer in iweb. On a g4, runing tiger. The guy from flashplayers told me to enbed a iframe that will point to my files, cause I just could'nt get it to work. They suggest this code

<iframe width="342" height="119" frameborder="0" src="PATH TO YOUR FLASHSKIN PLAYER/audioplayer7.swf"</iframe>

So my Q is..
what's the correct path to my files.?
is it http://web.me.com/yourusername/Web/Sites/mediaplayerws.swf
or //Volumes/yourusername/Web/Sites/mediaplayerws.swf
or something else?

Anyways if any angels out there can shed some light on this one. You might just save my computer from certain vocal abuse : )
Thanks in advance.

I didn't look at your code. I am a cut and paste code guy.
I have a site that mixes both Flash and Quicktime. It is a biz site and Flash is pretty much all most companies allow. You can view the site at prcamp.net the blog videos are Quicktime, found at iTunes as well and all other videos are Flash.
I too was going nuts because I could sometimes get Flash to work on iWeb and more often not.... until I discovered size matters!! If you cannot get your Flash video to play and you have done everything right, reduce the file size, usually by rolling back the quality settings will do the trick.
