Greeting Card Template?

I have a box of Avery #8315 note card stock that I would like to use with pages to create a greeting card using one of my photos in iPhoto and Pages. This card stock prints two 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" cards per sheet with a perf down the middle to separate the two cards. I would like to know if there are any templates available for Pages that would work with this stock, or a resource where I might find instructions on how to set up such a card from scratch. The Avery website is not a help.
