ITunes Report a problem - link not working

Mac OS X 10.5.8 / Itunes 8.2.1

I've just purchased several tracks on iTunes, however when playing them back, they are distorted.

Have tried the options liste on the apple site, but it doesn't work

I've viewed my purchase history but it just lists the last album I bought at the top of the screen (not the one in question), and my iphone apps at the bottom. Clicking next / previous just updates the list of apps - not the tracks.

If I click on 'Report a problem' iTunes thinks for a few seconds but doesn't change the screen - so all I get is a Done button at the bottom.

Help please!!
