Creating a Photo Directory with iPhoto???

Hi:

I would like to create a membership directory for a small (100 member) non-profit group. This directory would contain names, phone numbers, email addresses, and PHOTOS of individuals. After all the data is entered into the directory, I would then like to create a PDF and post it on my web page.

The reason for this post is that I'm having difficulty finding a software package that I can use to do this. Is there anything in iPhoto (or any other Mac program) that might give me what I need?
