Some documents are greyed out after re-installation of OSX and Pages
I have some Pages documents on an external hard drive and those documents always opened perfectly until I had cause to re-install my Leopard OS and I also consequently had to reinstall the Pages software.
Now, some of the Pages documents that are on the external hard drive are completely greyed out - by that I mean - when I open them, instead of a white background with black typing, there is just a grey background with no typing at all.
Also, the cursor does not show up on the page of the greyed out documents.
Other Pages documents on the external hard drive are fine, the greyed out Pages documents total about 25% of all the Pages documents on the external hard drive.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone knows what is causing this problem and how to fix it.
Thanks,
Ann
