Easy fix for muddy sound?

Last year I went to a bunch of Radiohead concerts and was lucky enough to be in the front at each of them. I am finally getting around to thinking of fixing the audio on them. I recorded video from my still camera and since I was so close to the speakers the sound is really muddy. Any time there is bass almost all the sound is totally swimming in muddy bass. I have soundtrack pro but have never really used it. Would soundtrack pro be a good program to use to fix this sort of thing? I don't want to invest too much time into learning this program as I don't think I'll otherwise use it too often. Is there an easy way to do this in soundtrack pro?
