I already know how to synchronise my Yahoo! account with Apple Mail and it kinda work. I have a free Yahoo! mail account. I noticed on my iPod, its shows my custom folders and sent e-mails from the web. But on my Mac, Apple Mail does not show them. Just load all my e-mails from Inbox only. I want it to show my folders and sent e-mails from the web, just like my iPod.
Thank you.

On your iPod touch, Yahoo! allows users to use IMAP mail; thus the reason you see other folders for Mail on it. But on the Mac, Yahoo! offers no such option, and you must pay $19.95 per year to get POP access to your Yahoo! Mail account.

Thank you for your quick reply. Much appreciated. Is there not a free alternative solution? I did a little Googling and stumble across this website, http://ypopsemail.com/. Will this do the trick?
No, YPOPS will not work, since it's for Windoze, not Mac. I haven't seen a solution for this, since Yahoo! seems to have effectively barred any workaround that I've heard about. Some EU countries prohibit Yahoo! from charging for this if your account was established before a certain date; otherwise you have to pay the fee like everyone else.
But for $19.99 per year for unlimited email storage and additional features, that's a really good deal. If you're adamantly opposed to paying for a good service, you can use Gmail, which is completely free, at least for now.
That a real shame. I really do not want to fork out my money for this. I am from the EU countries. Will I be in luck? How did you know about it anyway?
Well, if you're cheap, then use Gmail, which is free to everyone. If you just signed up for a Yahoo! account, then you aren't eligible for the advanced features for free. I know this by reading about all the goings on with Microsoft and other companies that now provide services in other countries.
