.pano

Does anybody know how to open a file with a .pano extension?
This file is a digital x-ray photo, made by my dentist.
I've tried to open it with Quicktime, iPhoto, Photoshop, etc. and I've tried changing the extension to .jpg and .mov, but until now, nothing worked.

There is a site on the internet , try Google, that tells you every file extension and the associated application that uses it. Also try Graphic Converter you never know and you should have it.

It appears to be a panoramic file viewer that may even be related to QTVR.
