Export for digital cinema

I need to export some clips to play in a cinema using motion JPEG 2000. (The Digital cinema standard) I noticed that there is a JPEG 2000 option in Final Cut, however after testing this doesn't work. So, how can I do this, or there a plug in or a work around?
