Disable VNC on Xserve

I just purchased an Xserve and I have it networked to G5 stations through a standard Ethernet port. I can pull up my 2 G5's on the Xserve throught the network, but when I try to pull up the Xserve on the G5's I get a message at the top of the window, "Connected via VNC." How can I change the settings from VNC to Guest in order to copy files from my G5 to the server. This is the first Xserve that I have purchased so I am unfamiliar with the setup and installation. Any help would be appreciated.
