Netflix Instant viewing won't work on safari despite having correct specs

I realize this might be a question for Netflix customer service, but I thought someone on here might be able to help me. The instant viewing option for Netflix does not work on my Safari, which is the most updated version. I also have more than the minimum OS version and RAM. Yet, it still says that it cannot play because I do not meet the minimum system requirements. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
