Wacom Tablet on PPC G5 not working anymore

Hi,

Wacom tablets (graphire, intuos3) not working on ppc G5 anymore.
All since upgrade to 10.5.8.
Anyone else same problem?
Works fine under Tiger though.

Hi Onno,
There is an upgrade. Are you using version 6.1.1-2(RC)? Check VersionTracker.com for the latest.

Hi,
Thanks, but I checked the driver version and it is 6.11-2.
I cannot imagine no one else has this problem.
As said, it works fine under Tiger:-)

HI-

Maybe best to reset the NVRAM to build new device profiles within 10.5.8.

It may also be that a reinstall of the driver will wake the OS up.

Whenever my Wacom gets funky, I always remove and reinstall the driver for instant return to normalcy.

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions.
I did reset the NVRAM and when that did'nt work I also got rid of all wacom preferences.
And now everything's fine again:-)

Great!
Wacom tablets are terrific, but I see more driver related glitches than most any other device.

So you trashed the .plist?
Glad it was easy.
