Cool Edit Pro 2

Anybody know if it's possible to open a Cool Edit Pro 2 project in Logic? I've been unsuccessful so far.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

I'm reasonably sure that the audio files are not embedded into the CoolEdit file (like Prop's Record). So if you have CE, but no audio, there really isn't anything for CE to open anyways, except for channel settings and whatnot. I have an old copy of Cool Edit Pro (not 2 I don't think) and it doesn't use a one file contains all approach.
So the audio very well may exist in your project folder as .wav or .aif files that could be imported to a Logic session. You might have to 'line things up' - but it may be worth it if the performances can't be recreated.
