Yesterday I charged my iphone fully, went to bed with it having almost full power. Woke up in the morning at the 20% life left warning came up so I plugged it in to the wall charger and it started charging, everything seemed fine. An hour later I went to unplug it and the battery icon was still in the red-nothing had improved despite it seeming like it was charging. I switched it over to the USB connection to my iTunes and had the same problem. So it says its charging yet its doing absolutely nothing. Help!?
I had a similar issue. Plugged in an almost dead Iphone, came back a couple hours, unplugged, and it still displayed a red battery. No apps would pull down data from the network, either. Turned off the phone and turned it back on, everything was "as it should". The battery displayed itself as fully charged and the network worked again.
Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Just so you know, my iphone battery drain symptoms occurred shortly after seeing this particular symptom. You have to hard reset your iphone or plug it into a PC while its restarting to bring it out of the "confused" mode.
I plugged in my iPhone but nothing appears. when I press the power button, the apple logo appears and then after about 10 seconds, it turns off again. please I need help 🙂
