Printer Setup Utility

Have a new macbook 10.57 aluminum body The hardrive is cloned from an older macbook pro I owned. Went to utilities to search for printer setup and found nothing. All I see is an HP Printer Utility. I did download some drivers for an HP printer the other day. Could this have affeced my setup utility? Or, as I'm seeing in other postings that it might have never been there? How do I restore it if it's gone? I need to add printers from a wireless network and can't find anything that even begins to show them.

Macbook Pro/MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

It's functions were moved to the Print & Fax pane of System Preferences in Mac OS X 10.5. You shouldn't have a Printer Setup Utility in the Utilities folder.
