I purchased an otterbox defender case for my iPhone 3gs and the hard case and the screen has a watermark between it. Is there any way to get rid of this watermark between the two screens?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

I had the same problem and called otterbox. The solution is to rub the palm of your hand or side of dace afains the phone screen the oils off your skin should remove the air bubble. Worked perfectly for me. It may take a couple of tries to make sure you get enough oil on the screen. Another solution is to use an anti glare screen protector between the phone and otterbox screen. This fixed the problem but I didn't like the way it took away from the screen sharpness. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem... I read somewhere that if you put a little baby powder on the screen that fixes it and it worked for me.

I used the anti-glare screen and that fixes the watermark. However, the screen sensitivity was greatly decreased by that solution, especially near the edges and corners of the screen. My best solution was to remove the screen protector that came with the Otterbox (just cut it out) then use a screen protector of your choice. It was the only thing that made the case usable for me. Love the case!
