Can I send a preview of an iWeb website to a PC user prior to going live?

I have a completed site in iWeb that needs to be previewed by another member of my group prior to publishing the site live. He is a PC user. Is there a way to show him a preview of the site prior to uploading it to ftp and going live?

Publish the site to a folder and send him the folder; it can be viewed from any web browser.

Thank you...I did see that when I searched the board, but wasn't sure if that would work for a simple PC user (LOL) ...thanks!
