Hi,
I have recently got myself a new computer moving from a pc to a mac. I authorized the new mac to my itunes account.
While I used to be able to access all audio on my iphone freely, i.e. delete and add files via drag&drop, create new playlists on my iphone via itunes etc, all my audio content on my iphone is visible but grayed out when connected to Itunes on my new computer.
I can copy new audio (which is all the old media I copied over to the new computer) onto my iphone via the 'sync' function I can't access it in any other and the sync function is a tedious way to move files about.
Would be great if someone could give me advice on this. I suspect that it has something to do with the iphone still being locked to the old computer somehow (its name in itunes on the new computer is the name of my old computer).
iphone 3g, iPhone OS 3.0.1, computer: macpro and dell windows xp
