MacPro (Early 2008) and Verizon MiFi 2200 questions

I just ditched HughesNet and installed the Verizon MiFi 2200 using the Verizon Wireless Internet, and have the following questions:
1. Are the Airport Wireless Cards still available for my MacPro early 2008?
2. If not, how do I make my MacPro wi-fi capable? The Verizon MiFi 2200 allows 5 wi-fi connections. Right now I have it connected to a USB port, and when I do, it does not allow my iPod Touch to connect. I have to disconnect the USB, and then it sees Touch, which doesn't help me since I want them both connected at the same time
3. Will the AirPort Express Base Station work for me?
Maybe I am making this harder than it really is.
