How do I remove "Created with Flip4mac WMV Demo" as Quicktime video plays?

How do I remove "Created with Flip4mac WMV Demo" as Quicktime video plays on IMovie?

Odd, I don't see it when I play on Quicktime Pro BUT I do see it when I play it on imovie

How do I make that subtitle disappear?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Purchase a version of Flip4Mac which includes the capability to export WMV to another format. That watermark will only appear when WMV files are converted into another format as opposed to simply playing them; iMovie can't use WMV directly.

WHY DID THE WATER MARK NOT APPEAR WHEN I bought the quicktime pro and it had no waterark at all? I then converted from avi to .mov

and still it doesnt show on quicktime only .mov

?

I haven't used that flipvideo in like 2 years. would it be software in the box i need to look at? then somehow import the original and export to another format like quicktime?

Regardless of what appears to be happening, when you have WMV input and output in a format other than WMV on the Mac, you're using Flip4Mac. If the input isn't in the WMV format, you're not.

Flip4Mac is used in the process of exporting from WMV.

You could also try using VLC for converting. I haven't tried this so I'm not sure it will actually do it for WMV, but it does have conversion features though that is not its primary design.
