Create .mov files from Garage Band using Quicktime Pro

I want to create .mov files, using Quicktime Pro, so that I can post them on my webserver for streaming audio purposes. I know there are other streaming audio formats, but our web developers want only to use .mov files. I can easily do it using ProTools, but how do I do it with a Garage Band audio file?
