Apple recovery (DFU) usb driver

Hi Guys..

My ipod classic 80gb wont load in itunes, and it only comes up as an Apple Recovery (DFU) usb driver in the device manager...

All i want is to use my ipod again. What do i need to do, do i have to download a new driver or something. I have reinstalled itunes and tried to find DFU drivers but nothing is working. I havent got a clue now what to do.. The ipod is useless right now, just a black screen =(

Please help..
