Replacement Screen compatibility with lp171wu1-tlb1 (tl)(b1)

I've replaced other screens with the same model number and a different trailing number before since it's supposed to be a manufacturer / brightness thing. Does anyone know if the a4k3 (a4)(k3) or another similar model will fit? It's driving me nuts and I'm sure there's got to be another compatible lp171wu1 out there.

Update because of some confusion:
Actually working on a macbook pro 17" 1920x1200 wuxga. So far these are the screens that SHOULD work, but the A4 K3 is doing this:

So I'm trying to decide if this is a bad screen or an incompatible screen (which seems unlikely given that I replaced a 17 wsxga screen with a completely different code a week ago and it worked.)
