GB1 vs GB 2

I'm sure all you GB pros out there have answered this question countless times but here goes again..........
I'm using GB 1 and finding it fine. Why should a guy upgrade to GB2? Is it worth it? What does GB 2 do that GB 1 doesn't?
Thanks ahead of time for the thoughts................

The locking tracks feature alone makes it worth it. It turns slower machines into powerhouses with the software instruments. With my ibook I can now have many software instrument tracks. I was always battling them before...my machine would run out of processing power.

iLife 05 would have been great just with the GB upgrade but it includes upgrades to many of the other programs as well:
