Uploading .mov file to Facebook

Hi,

Now that I have my .mov movie and it plays fine on QuickTime, I'm trying to upload it to Facebook but it's not been accepted.

I know the file size is not an issue (7.7Mb) and they do accept .mov files.

So, is there any enconding or anything special about saving this movie so that it is valid on Facebook?
