Using AU plugins from the Digi store

A few years ago I purchased some plug ins from the DigiDesign store, permanent licenses that never expire and are still up to date on my iLok. From a license standpoint, Digi is OK with me putting these plugins on Logic. The plug ins are the Sans Amp PSA 1, and the Joe Meek bundle of plug ins, compressor, mooger fooger, etc. Has anyone ever tried putting these or any other plug ins from Digi in Logic, and did it go OK? It's kind of a weird warning about plug ins that fail the scan test screw it up for any plug in installs later, and other weird stuff that might happen if you try to install a plug in Logic doesn't like for some reason. Any feedback on this?

I don't know for certain but since no-one's answered - as far as I know these aren't Audio Unit plug-ins (TDM/RTAS for use in Pro Tools) which is the really crucial bit. If they are AU plugs they'll be fine in Logic but I have a feeling you may be out of luck there.

I'll leave you to do some googling to find out for certain.
