Deleting voice memos

I use voice memos a lot and make many small recordings every day. But to delete them is very cumbersome I think. Every recording needs three clicks on the iPhone to delete, and there is no way to delete all at once. I discovered they also sync with my iTunes library when connected to my Mac, but if I delete them on iTunes, they will not be deleted on the iPhone. Is there a better way to delete the recordings?
