LockBox App

Help!! Using the settings option provided by LockBox I recently changed the password access code. Subsequently on accessing LockBox I find that ALL my data has been scrambled and I cannot unscramble it! I can't believe this is security protection as they wouldn't offer a 'change password' option if the programme was going to scramble the data. Has anyone else had this problem and anyone know how to resolve it?
