How to add music from Ipod to Itunes

I lost my computer recently and would like to import my music from Ipod to my Itunes and Im unable. Ive can get the purchased itunes from my library but for cannot get the songs ive added from personal CD's. How can I transfer them from my ipod to computer/itunes?
