Transferring photos from NikonCoolpix L18 to new Mac Mini
What software is needed to transfer photos on the Nikon Coolpix L18 to I-Photo on new Mac Mini? Can it be downloaded free from a website?

I don't know this particular model, but most likely it will work like most other digital camera: just plug in the USB cable, and you are all set. At most, you might have to switch it to playback mode. No additional software should be needed.
