Time Machine keeps failing

Just today, Time Machine has started getting this error "Time Machine encountered an error while attempting to copy backup files" or something like that. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Intel iMac, PPC Mac Mini and ibook G4, Mac OS X (10.5.3), Apple TV, iPhone 3GS

Start with the Time Machine - Troubleshooting *User Tip* at the top of the Time Machine forum.

It will show you how to locate the message(s) that describe the problem, then help you fix it.

If that doesn't help, post back (or start a new post in the Time Machine forum) with details, including all the messages, your setup (especially the destination for the backups), what you've done, and the results.
