Looking for good orchestral templates

Not sure what you're asking for here, Andre - presumably you're not at the stage of recording a real orchestra or you wouldn't be asking here.

A quick google should come up with the conventional layout of the orchestra and you can arrange the panning of instruments accordingly, if that's what you mean. I use the Peter Siedlaczek set of orchestral samples on some of my material but personally that sort of thing doesn't matter to me. I haven't worked my way up to using the full orchestra yet anyway, come to think of it, but I tend to treat the instruments in the same way as anything else really - trying to get some separation using stereo placement and a little eq. Compression doesn't come into it as much (or ever sometimes) though, unlike the electronic stuff.

Logic includes an orchestral template, it's an option in the new song window.

In the "new song" template window, click on Compose. Orchestral should be the fourth from the top.
