Trim or Split video in the Movie Track?

Is it possible to Trim or Split a video in the Movie Track of Garageband without exporting it to another program? If so, how? Thanks!

The video I'm editting has audio that has been shifted by a few seconds. I'm trying to shift it back. Thus, the reason I'm editting it in Garageband in the first place is because it seems a little easier to shift the audio unless there's a really easy way to do it in iMovie that I haven't figure out.

The problem is that the shifting needs to be very very precise and it seems like Garageband is quite useful for doing this.

in the old iMovie it was easy, i really haven't used the new one, so you might want to check in the iMovie forum.

it is, but unfortunately GB is good at audio, it doesn't have video editing features.

export it and edit as needed with something else
