Render yields green screen

Render yields green screen

Fairly new to FCP. When importing a Motion file in Animation format, the product is a blank (green) screen. It plays fine in the viewer, but in the canvas, after render, it all goes bad.

I'm sure I'm going to feel like a moron when I find out what I've done wrong, but could somebody help me feel like a moron, please?

Thank God we have hall monitors in here. It would be a tragedy if this question was correctly answered by the wrong person.

You're much more likely to find a Motion user working with FCP in that forum than you are in this. This is a much smaller forum, and you're much less likely to get Motion users.
