Voice Control. No match Found, No match found, no match found. :(

My Voice Control works pretty good except when I ask it to dial or call someone. Every single time I get "No match found". I have yet to place a call using V.C. I've followed the commands, spoken in perfect fluent American English, I've said the name and type of number I want to call (ex. Bob McCain - Home) and still "No match found". Any takers?

Thanks in advance

sounds strange, maybe a restore in itunes would fix that.
What I have found out is that the VC works best when you use "call" for names and "dial" for numbers. don't ask me why, but for me this way it works best. for some reason, when I try to call a number with "call" it often starts with a 1 I didn't actually say.

but what does your phone do when you try to dial a number? does it also say "no match found" because that really shouldn't happen (when your number is long enough! "dial one" might be seen as a name because it's so short)

I've tried everything. I've tried with "dial" and nothing: "No match found". I've tried with "call" (which I agree would be the better of the two if you want to call a specific person.) and nothing: "No match found". And yes I say the name exactly as it appears on my Address Book. It can't get more American than "Bob". I've also tried "Tony" for that matter; and nothing: "No match found". Everything else seems to work pretty well. It appears as long as I stick to the VC feature of the iPod, no problem; as soon as I try to use the feature for the phone, thats when it starts to folly.
