iPhone AND an iTouch - purchases transfer and one iTunes account?

Hi -I have purchased an iPhone (3G S) today and I already have an iTouch. I have not yet plugged my iPhone in to my computer as I have a couple of questions:
#1 - Can I transfer all my purchased items (apps, movies, tunes, etc.) between my iPhone and iTouch?
#2 - Can I keep one iTunes account for both of my products?
If anyone knows the answers and how I do it I would be really appreciative!!

The answer is yes to both questions.

You can sync multiple iPods and/or iPhones with the same iTunes library and iTunes account - there is no device limit.

Each device can have its own sync preferences with iTunes.

Hi - thanks so much for your answer - don't suppose you have the answer to the next?!
I have synced my iPhone now with my existing iTunes account, and can move over songs and movies, but I cannot move over any applications - some of which cost £15! Would really like not to have to buy them a second time! Do you know if there is any way of moving apps between devices?

You're welcome.

You can't move apps between devices.

All apps should be in your iTunes library on your computer.

What is selected under the Applications tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes?
