Korean Version of Safari switch to English

I teach English in Korea at a Korean School. I was given a laptop with Windows XP, all words are in Korean. I downloaded the latest version of Safari, hoping the language would be English but it ended up being in Korean. I found the setting to change the language but "ISO Latin 1" (English) was not listen to change to. Do you know a way to add the English language to this version of Safari. Remember all the words are in Korean so I can not get to the Control Panel to change anything. I have an MAC, which OS is in English. If I down load the English Windows version of Safari .exe file on my Mac and then transfer it to this Korean Windows machine will this new version rewrite over the Korean version of Safari and install in English. Or do you any other ideas to get the English version of Safari on this Machine. Thanks
